By installing or using the QR Menu Pro application (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

 

 

1. Purpose of the App

 

QR Menu Pro is a digital menu solution designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food service businesses. The App allows users to create, edit, and manage online menus and display them through QR codes on their Wix websites.

 

The App is intended to improve customer experience by providing faster access to menu information, reducing printing costs, and enabling real-time menu updates.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

To use the App, you must:

 

  • Have a valid Wix account

  • Be the owner or authorized manager of the website where the App is installed

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

 

 

3. User Responsibilities

 

By using the App, you agree that:

 

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload (menu items, images, prices, descriptions, etc.)

  • You ensure all information presented to your customers is accurate and up to date

  • You will not upload prohibited, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission

  • You will comply with local restaurant, food labeling, and pricing regulations

 

QR Menu Pro is not responsible for incorrect pricing, allergen information, or misleading menu descriptions.

 

 

4. Data Storage & Privacy

 

The App stores menu-related data—such as product names, descriptions, categories, images, and prices—through secure Cloudflare infrastructure.

 

QR Menu Pro:

 

  • Does not store sensitive personal data

  • Does not collect customer payment information

  • Does not track user behavior without consent

5. Service Availability

 

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the App. However, we cannot guarantee:

 

  • Specific uptime percentages

  • That the service will be error-free

  • That external systems such as Wix, Cloudflare, or internet providers will always operate smoothly

 

Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary interruptions.

 

 

6. Limitations of Liability

 

QR Menu Pro is not liable for:

 

  • Loss of revenue related to incorrect menu data

  • Misprints or mistakes entered by the user

  • Any damages arising from misuse of the App

  • Third-party service outages (Wix, Cloudflare, hosting providers, internet issues, etc.)

 

Use of the App is at your own risk.

 

 

7. Modifications to the App

 

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Add, modify, or remove features

  • Update pricing plans

  • Discontinue parts of the service

 

Any significant changes will be announced through the Wix App Market.

 

 

8. Termination

 

You may uninstall the App at any time from your Wix dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

 

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the App

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

 

 

9. Support

 

We provide support through our official contact channels.

Support topics include installation, menu setup, technical issues, and general usage questions.

 

Support does not include custom development, design work, or business consulting unless otherwise stated.

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of your country or region. Disputes shall be resolved through competent courts.
